Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept personal checks, certified checks, and money orders. If you do choose to pay by personal check, we will wait for the bank to clear it before processing and shipping your order.


How long will it take to get my equipment?
This depends on many different variables.  ATF Medical will work with you, your physician, and your insurance to complete any necessary evaluations and obtain all required authorizations.  This process can take anywhere from a few days to months, depending on response times and insurance requirements.  The timeline may also vary depending on the availability of the equipment we are providing and whether or not it is custom-built.  We will work with you to keep the process moving as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of the status of your case.

What if I want to return my equipment?
Please review our returns policy here.
Returns are not accepted on certain products as listed in our returns policy.  For those that can be returned, returns are accepted within 10 days of product delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If returns are accepted for your product, please contact our office at 877-880-4283 for a return authorization number and return instructions. You will be responsible for all return shipping/freight costs.

Do you take any insurances? 
We participate with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Tricare, and several other insurances.
